Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States, Mexico, Canada, and the United Kingdom. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, freight forwarders, or military addresses at this time.

Processing Times

Same-Day Cutoff

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (EST) on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after that cutoff ship the next business day.

Weekends & Holidays

We do not process or ship on weekends or holidays. Orders placed during that time ship the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery is 3–5 business days via our "2-3 Day Fast Track" shipping method. Delivery times may vary slightly for Mexico, Canada, and the UK due to customs processing.

Shipping Costs

Flat-rate shipping is $9.99 on all orders. Orders of $200 or more qualify for free shipping automatically at checkout.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. All shipments use tracked, insured carriers.

Discreet Packaging

Every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging with no logos or product descriptions visible on the outside, only address information. Vials are shipped with foam protection and appropriate insulation.

Storage & Temperature Stability

In Transit

Lyophilized (freeze-dried) compounds are stable at room temperature during standard transit.

Once Received

Store at –20°C. Once reconstituted, refrigerate at 2–8°C and use within 30 days.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Report lost, damaged, or stolen packages within 72 hours of the delivery date to support@nimbusresearchlabs.com with your order number and any relevant documentation. We will replace the affected items or issue a refund at our discretion.

Address Changes

Need to update your shipping address? Email support@nimbusresearchlabs.com as soon as possible. We can only make changes before your shipping label is generated.
