How returns, refunds, and damaged items are handled.

1 Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened, undamaged products. Email support@nimbusresearchlabs.com with your order number to start a return.
2 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
3 Damaged Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item. We will ship a replacement at no additional cost.
4 Non-Returnable Items
